We recently bought a majority shareholding of another energy supplier, So Energy.  

Over the next couple of months, we’ll be merging ESB Energy and So Energy together. This is a huge step in our journey to becoming the UK’s next big green energy supplier. Thanks to this merger, we’ll be investing heavily in new and exciting green solutions to help our customers make an affordable transition to net zero living, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.  

You’ll probably have some questions, but the most important thing to know is that you don’t need to do anything. We’ll take care of everything, including creating your So Energy account. We will send you your online portal activation link in your welcome email. 

This new, merged company will operate under the So Energy brand. To get you up and running as smoothly as possible, we’ll update So Energy’s systems with your customer data to create an account for you.
